Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any returns question at info@darbysbeer.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will offer a replacement or full refund at your discretion.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as beer and other consumables, and personalised or custom orders. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Garments, glassware, and merchandise are eligible for return only if unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This applies to clothing and other non-perishable items. Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to perishable goods, including beer and other consumables, provided this is made clear at the point of sale.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
